Dine with celebrated chefs, restaurateurs and great friends Mitch Tonks, Ben Tonks & Mark Hix MBE at the award-winning Seahorse Restaurant, Cantina in Dartmouth. One lucky donor will win a once-in-a-lifetime private feast for themselves and 11 guests! Celebrating nature, flavour, and community with a seasonally curated menu & fantastic wines. You will also win a bespoke DEF X toastie wooden paddle board, and optional book reading & signed copies of “To Have and to Hold” by acclaimed nature writer Sophie Pavelle.

All proceeds go to us at Devon Environment Foundation (DEF) — a local charity co-founded by Mitch Tonks. DEF protects and restores nature in Devon by funding grassroots, nature-based solutions. From rewilding moorlands to protecting swifts and seagrass, DEF backs the unsung grassroots heroes tackling the nature crisis where it matters most.
