Conservation Fundraiser Volunteer

Enrol with DEF to become a DEF Conservation Fundraiser Volunteer. 

Looking for experience in conservation but don’t know where to start?

Want to support local grassroots projects helping nature in Devon?

You can achieve this E – certificate to post on your linkedin as a display of your conservation efforts.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To be awarded the certificate you need to complete a fundraiser challenge raising money for DEF.

OPTIONAL: There is the option of writing a short piece of writing inspired by nature which can be used as a blog post. This can just be a reflection of your experience fundraising, your motivations for working in conservation, informational piece on an animal, plant or place- you have complete creative freedom! Upwards of 200 words.

1. Brainstorm a fundraiser challenge of your choice.
2. Search for Conservation Collective  (our parent charity) on Crowdfunder’s website
3. Click set up a fundraiser called “[Your Name]’s Fundraiser for DEF.”
4. Optional Write your nature piece (200 words< )
5. Email maisie@devonenvironment.org a link to the completed fundraiser and Nature writing piece, to then be awarded the DEF Conservation Fundraiser Volunteer certification.
